Who this Course is For:
- Women who are neurodivergent, have symptoms of CPTSD, anxious attachment, perfectionism
- Women who don't identify with any of the above labels, but have similar symptoms that affect their fitness journey. These symptoms include (but are not limited to):
- An all-or-nothing mindset (black and white thinking)
- Perfectionism tendencies
- Shame spirals or shame-driven decisions
- Emotional dysregulation
- Emotional eating
- Rejection sensitivity
- Feeling disconnected from your body and what it's telling you
- Feeling like you're "too much" or "not enough"
- Overwhelm that leads to "analysis paralysis"
- Outsourcing your validation
- Inconsistent or lack of self-trust
- Hypervigilance to criticism
- Feeling anxious around food or social gatherings with food
- Repression of emotions
- Women with a menstrual cycle who want to track their cycles and the corresponding patterns that affect their fitness journey
- Women who want to recognize the patterns in the way they think and act and learn to rewire their brain for success on their fitness journey
- Women who are interested in working with me 1-1 but feel like they need some mindset work first to be in the right headspace to get the most out of our 1-1 time together
