Hi! I’m Coach Em!

I am the creator of The Confident Queen’s Fitness Course as well as the founder of Em-Powered Life.

I am a Central Michigan University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science.

I also went on to get certified as a personal trainer and health coach.

I have helped tons of women transform not only their bodies, but their mindsets around fitness as well.

The course is full of all the topics I frequently cover with my 1-1 clients, so many of the questions you would have if you only had access to the monthly workouts and recipes would already be answered in the main course itself.
